I am a young consultant and I have achieved my Business Administration Level Two from the Heart Institute of the Caribbean. I will be pursuing my Bachelors of Science in Computer Science/CISCO Networking within the next three years.
I am a hardworking individual who possesses a high level of integrity. Excellent communication skills and I take the initiative to complete tasks. With all those values I have applied them in my music career as a Gospel Reggae (Dancehall) artiste who goes by the stage name Jim Radical and is an active member of the Carpenter’s Memorial United Brethren in Christ Church where I play the drum.
The experience I have gained working as a customer service agent at Sutherland Global Services and currently Alorica has allowed me to adapt quickly to the challenging tasks ahead. This experience has widened my appetite for challenging and difficult tasks.
