CORE SKILLS:

Organisation

During my time at university good organisational skills have been essential in the management

of all elements of my coursework. I have also carried out detailed research for my dissertation

and consistently met required deadlines.

Communication

University offered me the opportunity to develop my communication skills through the

requirements of coursework and in particular through preparing and delivering regular

presentations to my peers. This often required working in small groups or with a partner and as

the university has a strong international student population, communication with colleagues was

of particular importance.

INTERESTS:

I developed a strong interest in languages whilst at school and incorporated a French module in

the third year of my university course. I have lived in France and enjoy travelling.

I also maintain a keen interest in sports, both watching and taking part. I competed in track and

field events across England for both my school and my athletics club before moving to Scotland,

and I enjoy skiing and an occasional round of golf.
