I can strive for all aspects of the management as an individual and as good team player with my career goals. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Preparation and process monthly interim payment application under main contract agreement

Quantity take off, cross checking & preparing bill of quantities

Floating Inquiries to Sub-Contractors / Suppliers & Manufactures

Comparison studies based on sub-contractors, suppliers quotations

Negotiations with suppliers & sub-cons on both technical & commercial aspects of product

Preparing Rate build up, pricing, budgeting for tender

Evaluating subcontractor payment application, finalizing & certifying

Detect variations and changes to the contract in liaison with the project team and prepare, negotiate and follow up on variations and claims

Maintain day works records and material on site report

Joint measurement / Re-measurement with client / sub-contractor to avoid disputes

Prepare final accounts once the job is complete and obtain a final payment certificate from the client

Reporting on cost variance based on contract scope, contractual requirement, direct & indirect cost assessment, cost allocation for material & analysis of budget Vs. actual COMPUTER & OTHER SKILLS
