Work Centers and Manufacturing Teams (i.e. sheet metal nesting, welding coupons, etc.).
* Actively manage and relieve work order constraints that delay work order schedules. Monitor and
communicate with all Support Teams regarding their progress on open constraints.
* Release work orders on time based on their scheduled start date. Report on all late releases and Pareto by

* Monitor and report on Work-In-Process throughput, schedule delays, constraints, bottlenecks, cycle time,
assembly kit shortages, inventory value, scrap, and production costs.
* Support Manufacturing and Assembly on all work flow problems. This includes splitting work orders, releasing
scrap replacement and rework work orders, participating in Continuous Improvement Projects (AIWs, or
Kaizen), assisting in location of missing work orders, communicating priority changes, directing Work-In-
Process physical inventory counts, resolving transaction discrepancies.
