ANCULARY DUTIES

Carry out safety audit and inspection to check conformance with the established safety program and to draw site HSE manager attention for review and as basic improvement

encourage all trades to be safety conscious through toolbox talks / awareness sessions where required and to suggest ways of improving personal safety as well as preventing loss or damage to equipment and materials.

Ensure that any other instruction given by HSE manager for the betterment of the project.

Responsible to maintain the records for all king of HSE inspections reports, PI certificates of tools, equipment, personal records for audit purpose.

Ensuring that no activity or tool is performed except as described in the WMS > method statements.

Executing daily target as planned by supervision and giving daily progress reports to management and superior.

Attend the site HSE meetings on daily and weekly basis.

Ensure all barricades and signage is in appropriate points are installed.

Ensuring all daily checklists are duly filled and vehicles, operators, riggers, flagmen and artisans on site have third party certifications.

Suspend work immediately when it is imminent to work force or property.

Ensure underground, above and existing utilities and facilities are protected.

Ensure constant communication between mechanical operators.

Conducting of tools box talk (TBT) before the commencement of work

ensure that all related works in site are carried out according to project scope and approved drawings.

Organize a site team and assign responsibilities to the key personnel and crew members as per sequence of work.

Ensure the strict implementation of all safety measures in accordance with HSE plan for the project.

Ensure that the correct equipment and PPE is available and in good condition to carry out he work.

Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.
