Ensure Raw Material quality like Inclusion Rating and Grain size Measurement. Conduct 9 point location study to validate the process and product quality.

Having a Knowledge in Metallurgical Lab instrument Standards on ASTM,IS,JIS. Conducting CQI-9 Auditing at supplier end to improve the product quality.

Participating Customer Audits and implementing improvement points given by Customer. Induction Hardening Machine Setting for new part and regular shift production.

Identify and resolve the metallurgical issues in induction Hardening.

Conduct periodical audit to check the process control in IN-HOUSE and for SUPPLIER. Preparing and maintaining documents for IATF 16946:2016 Audit .

Executing Production plan and achieving shift wise targeted output in Heat treatment. Ensuring Supplier quality as per Metallurgical Requirements.

Ensure Final Sample Quality through Eddy Current Inspection,MPI inspections. Analysis Millipore sample to measure the cleanliness .

Ensuring Metallurgical tests like Calculation,Grinding Burn Analysis, Coating Thickness Measurement,Coating Weight.

Scheduling and maintaining the Calibration Status of the Lab instruments and Furnace controllers as per the CQI-9 requirement.
