1-Safety supervisor: Worked with Transcold HVAC engineers and contractors dated from 05 January 2021 to 15 February 2022

Project description: Installation of chillers, Ahus, Cooling tower and maintenance work in Pakistan tobacco company (Jhelum)

Major Activities handled: 1-Work at height activity.

2- Hot work (Cutting, Welding, Grinding).

3- Painting activity.

4- Lifting activity.

5- Infrastructure work ( Installation of water pipeline and ducts work)

6- Electrical work.

Major Responsibilities:

Assessing risk and possible safety hazards of all aspects of operations.

Ensuring Permit to work rules and regulations at workplace.

Inspection of equipment and processes to make sure they are safe for operation.

Ordering repairs for unsafe and/or damaged equipment.

Major Responsibilities:

Responsible for carrying out Risk assessment preparing incident accident report and prepare safety procedure .Working procedures for different tasks.

Organize daily toolbox meetings with staff.

Responsible for enforcing the company’s HSE policies & procedures on site.

Regular inspection of workplace activities and notifying the unsafe act and unsafe conditions.

Report accidents immediately to Site Management and propose solution to avoid recurrence.

Report on the daily basis all the unsafe situations and implement corrective measures.

Issue the safety inspection report, violation notice for non-compliance of a safety procedure to workers and follow up for closing.

Inspection of Personnel Protective Equipment, fire extinguisher & Fire alarm on regular basis.

Follow up on the implementation of the housekeeping standard.

Organize induction meeting to each workforce arriving on site.

Coordinate with management to removal of hazardous waste.

Erect boards/prepare charts/guide on safety. Make sure all signages are updated and displayed.

Ensure safety gear worn by all workers on site.
