PROJECTS AND CEMENT
August 2017: Support engineer for new cement line commissionning. My task was to follow the hot commissionning phase, record and analyze the production KPI
MAY 2018 : Production of BCT clinker at industrial scale in Degherham Sweeden. I operate as support production staff in order to perform heat and mass balance and support the technical team in charge of the project.
June – August 2018: Support the Ghacem Takoradi plant (Ghana) to clean cement silo and investigate recurrent cake formation inside the silo. The main finding from this situation was the wrong timing setting of the silo aeration. I recommended a logic of aeration to allow more flowability of the material through the canvas.
September – December 2018: Environmental support engineer into various plant in Germany. My task was to record the NOx emission and ensure the deNOx system in place is able to perform the reduction and optimize the depollution systems in place.
April – June 2019: Optimization of plant specific heat consumption in CIMAR Ait Baha (Morocco). I mainly work of raw material characterization and meal burnability optimization.
September – November 2019: CO2 capture project through the LEILAC project with CBR plant (Belgium). My main task was to support the operational staff to operate the test plan and evaluate the CO2 captured and evaluate the efficiency of the plant in term of heat, mass and power.
