My position as a Senior Loan Officer for Pulte Mortgage LLC entailed business development, procurement, and retention of Loan Applications in 8 Pulte Home developments in two counties. My business model was quite successful. I trained other Loan Officers, the salespeople in my designated developments, and was very involved in the local community as a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association. I became the Top Producer in the Nation and Mexico, and the Top Producer both regionally and in the branch consistently. I also won the Top Gun Sales Award for Outstanding Loan Production. My Client Retention Ratio was 98 percent, considered an accomplishment in light of the typical construction time of 18 months from application to closing. My tenure as a Senior Loan Processor Team-Lead of over several years was especially helpful with many aspects of my position.

My duties were to originate Mortgage Loan Applications in 6 communities for Centex Homes as well as clients in the community. As a result of my focus that adhered to and informed the philosophies and production goals of the company, this position was a natural progression in my career. I was instrumental in community involvement with Centex relating to Grand Openings, Customer Appreciation days, Development Socials, etc..
