Program Director, Mountain Heart Child Care Resource and Referral and Early Intervention Birth to Three Services, Petersburg, WV October Management of Federal and State Contracting Program 2001-September 2004. Program Director for a 15 county service delivery system. Duties included management and leadership of 50 full time employees: training, hiring, recruitment, benefits oversight and implementation, and annual employee evaluations, establishing salaries, creating training models for 8 different positions; also managed $2.5 million budget, and $1 million each month in payments to child care providers; submitted quarterly expenditure reports to funders, public relations, and executed and establish all outreach services.
