Military Affairs Liaison, Aligned Education Foundation Apr 2021-Present
• Successfully conducted weekly education briefings across the United States to Veterans and active-duty service members, National Guard, Reserve, and family members on their VA benefits. Specifically, the VA home loan benefit, VA disability claims, networking relationships, and transition goals. Collaborated with other subject matter experts of different organizations to provide a well-rounded foundation of various subject and topics for Veterans.
• Positively engaged with community leaders and military command teams daily in a continuous effort to strategically build relationships within the community to better support the military members and their families with services and programs offered both on and off base.
• Spearheaded fundraising events with community partnerships and marketing strategies. Developed business relationships and negotiated contracts for events in the Clarksville/Nashville community and multiple military installations across the United States to better serve all branches of the military and their families during weekends.

• Managed the administrative daily tasking’s of 756 personnel comprised of more than 15 unique and diverse occupational specialties: oversight of 24 additional managers for 9 months during an overseas operation.
• Systematized and managed the use of the Digital Training Management System (DTMS) for the administrative needs of 1,225 personnel throughout 8 departments; ensured data from all departments was inputted weekly creating a better illustration of where the organizations strengths and areas of improvements were needed.
• Resourced, and managed the implementation of a Leadership Academy for more than 200 junior leaders; a program with longevity and still utilized annually at the organization to train quality leaders in various management categories.
• Increased the efficiency of the organization with logistical planning and supply sustainment by implementing weekly inspections of supply orders and the oversight/utilization of the Army’s Global Combat Support System
(GCSS). This freed over $400K in surplus equipment for reuse and gave real time data analysis for future missions.
• Directed simultaneous international projects with a company of 756 personnel in various countries of Africa; provided health care, logistical support, training and establishing critical relationships to strengthen global rapport. • Advised senior leadership on budgeting, planning, preparation, of all training events; enhanced efficiencies through developmental systems in order to ensure the organization’s ability to prepare for global operations.
• Prepared training plans, supervised training, and allocated critical resources for over 1,000 personnel; analyzed training directives and maintained a 99.9% efficiency rating; tracked over 250 complex operations.
• Managed a $4M strategic international training event with the Indian Army. Oversaw the transportation, pickup, housing, special meals due to religious preferences, and joint training exercise; resulted in a successful and mutual relationship with the Indian Army inviting the organization to their country the next year, strengthening relationships.

• One of 502 selected out of 3,566 employees that competed to attend the United States Army Sergeants Major Academy due to exceptional professionalism and leadership performance; successfully graduated with a 96.41overall GPA.
• Planned, prepared, and executed daily security layouts during a 3-month training mission in an austere environment, ensured all 542 Soldiers returned safely from overseas. Managed the maintenance and functioning of the Tactical Operations Center (TOC) valued at $30M. Directed team operations and synchronizing 8 different departments resulting in accurate data tracking of personnel, logistics, security, intelligence, and administrative data allowing the Senior Director to make clear and informed decisions.
• Selected by the Program Director to plan and execute the first female advisor assessment in preparation for infantry gender integration, leading to the successful transition of females into an infantry organization.
