Studying Construction drawing of Big building

Arriving exact quantity from tender drawing and comparing with BOQ and reporting to the senior if any discrepancies.

Supervising the construction of Different phases of pump rooms & car parking building.

Planning time schedule and Preparing material requisition forms, Scheduling manpower and Machinery requirements. Distributing the scope of work to the respective sub-contractors and arranging material to them. Providing levels to the subcontractor using Dumpy Level instrument.

Monitoring Shuttering and Form works and calculating the quantity of Concrete and steel.

Supervising installation of Bitumen Sheet water proofing membrane.

Close supervision of work and quality during execution and motivating workers to adopt all safety precautions and safety standard.

Preparing material reconciliation sheet at the end of every month.

Preparing weekly time sheet for labor and special machinery.

Distributing the scope of work to the respective sub-contractors.

Conducting Cube tests for concrete at site & preparing test reports.

Conducting Slump tests for concrete at site & preparing test reports

Arranging Consultant visit for quality checking and rectifying the works as per their comments. Preparing concrete cubes with curing for testing.

Conducting Slump cone tests for concrete at site & preparing test reports.
