I have been in sales for 19 years. In my 19 years, my goal as a sales associated was not only to sale products, but to meet the needs and wants of the customer, leaving them to be fully content with the purchase; because a happy customer, is a returning customer. I had done this by: Asking them question to see what they are looking for in the product, being honest in all times, Interpersonal skills, listening and communicating in a friendly manner and making it goal to always leave the customer fully content. I have now also started an online store, where I have been doing it for 1 year. There, I design my website, write blogs of the latest news, cross selling and telling what is new in the store. I am now taking part of Shopify courses where I learn to be better skilled for the online marketing world
