I am interested in the Senior Manager HR position at your Company, as advertised on Online Portal. I am currently employed as a Sr.Managar HR & Admin for the Manufacturing industry at Mysore. And my overall total experience is 25+ Years with various manufacturing industries as I believe that the skills and experiences I have gained at this position make me an ideal candidate for the job of Plant HR position.

As a HR Manager, I have developed strong Interpersonal skill. For example, one of my main duties is Man management, which deals with issues related with workmen on daily basis, it will solve smoothly by talking politely to explain present situation and plan for further actions with team members.

This duty requires man management balance between management and employee’s meticulous handling. By way of LTS ( Long Term Settlement) including Wage revision. And Employee Welfare likes Canteen & Transport facility and others.

I have also gained extensive experience in policy drafting and implementation. My experience in the PHA has offering me the opportunity to become familiar with the System implementation, and display safety awareness to employees in the PPE’s, educate the new comers in induction program.
