MY JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

Balancing the competing demands for quality, scope, time & cost.

Adopting the specification, plans & approach to different concerns & expectations of various stake holders.

Provide the forecasting fund (cash flow) of every six (6) month for Head Office.

Prepare monthly invoices.

Participate in the evaluation and selection and selection of external service providers.

Participate in the preparation of contractual agreements, terms and conditions, ensure its proper implementation, and advise the Area Manger on renewal, amendments, or termination of contracts.

Review the bill of quantities, discuss findings and suggestions with the Quantity surveyor and provide recommendations of the selection and purchase of necessary materials and equipment for the project.

Monitor the progress of the project of daily basis to ensure effective completion in accordance with stated time and budget.

Prepare periodic weekly progress reports to Area Manger.

Review payment certificates, variations, and claims, and secure its approval in accordance with the company authority matrix.

Ensure the effective and efficient achievement of performance requirements.

Supervise testing, commissioning and handover of the completed project.

Manager alliances with sub-contractor, consultants and vendors.

Risk management and change order.
