Check all safety related PPEs inspection and register maintain.
Identify and assess hazards, risks and control measures for a specific operation or process.
Improve workplace safety and employee productivity by transitioning from manual safety procedures to digital safety management systems.
Conduct monthly safety review meetings with all the employees.
Monitor all critical activities like Height work, Hot work, Electrical Work, Excavation Work and wherever PTW (Permit To Work) process is involved.
Safety Line walk audit to observe unsafe acts and unsafe conditions.
Investigate workplace accidents and injuries and refer them to the proper authorities.
Ensure best safety practices at site .
Carry out Scheduled inspection/Audit of machine and equipments like Welding machine gas Cutting set, portable electrical machine, lifting tools tackles, ladder platform, etc.

Interview employees to assess communication of past incidents.
Coordinate in conducting various safety programs and promotional activities.
