Duties and Responsibilities- Involved in Pre and Post Contract

Perform re-measurement and report any discrepancies of over/under measures to the management

Checking of BOQs, Tender and Contract Documents prepared by Design Consultants.

Analyze and Recommend Subcontracts payment applications based on actual progress of S/C work.

Conserve Cost controlling process post contract stages, Quantity control system & Prepare Budget report for monthly & annual commercial reporting (internal valuation) to Department heads.

Corresponding with Consultants/Authorities regarding the specification/technical and BOQ any difference to tender requirements and raise queries for clarification.

Maintain all MEP QS documents and logs / registers applicable, tabulation of Price Comparison and Cost Summary.

Prepares and submits the interim payment applications in accordance with contract payment mechanism and procedures ensuring that all executed works are measured and claimed immediately at the end of each interim payment period.

Reporting on cost variance based on contract scope, contractual requirement, direct & indirect cost assessment, cost allocation for material & analysis of budget vs. actual.

Preparation of Sub Contractors payments and recording / monitoring of all site works

Identify, timely issuing of notices of cost/time impact due to changes & preparation of variation claims with breakdown, prolongation claim, and acceleration cost calculation with all detail backups.

Preparing monthly staff & labour productivity report for interim individual activities/ works.

Preparation of labour/ primaries cost allocation for the interim, monitoring & controlling.

Co-ordinate with procurement department with scoping of subcontract packages and furnishing the correct documentation such as specification, drawings & etc.

Attend commercial & contractual meeting with client representatives/ consultant.

Performs any other related duties related to commercial / Contractual Task as assigned.
