●Research, analyze and update records with various database systems (TIMS), as necessary, for the executed flight schedule up through the Chain of Command. Reviews policies and procedures governing instructor and student flight eligibility to include proper documentation and qualifications.

●Provide exceptional customer service and care for internal and external customers via phone, fax, E-mail and in person. Assist with workload assignments (planning, organizing and directing as required to develop personnel. Train and update team members and Officers on policies and procedures as needed according to the SOP, MPTS Curriculum, and RWOP manual.

●Maintain electronic file systems IAW Navy’s directives (retention and purging, to include investigations). Provide Information Technology (IT) support as well as logistical (Supply) for the department when necessary.
