Led a Set-Up Reduction Team – Staggered the start times of set-up and maintenance person, which led to a one hour less of down time per line.

Implemented and led a 5S project – Established assigned locations for all production and maintenance parts within the plant also developed a bin system.

Designed and implemented a material loading system - Led the purchase a development of the system which eliminated 16 positions. This system also increased production by 40% on all three shifts with increased capacity.
