RESPONSIBILITIES:

Review the BPCR,SOP,cleaning records,cross verification and validation and qualifications of products.

We are following the CAPA, investigation reports, change control,

Ensure the optimum usage of resources and smooth flow at the shop floor.

Initiate the changes in process,plant and machinery for improving quality and productivity.

Plans and initiates the appropriate corrective and preventive action for non conforming products/processes.

Defect trend analysis and monitoring for the continual improvement.

Monthly stock report submission and reconciliation.

SAFETY:

1.Achieving zero accident.

2.To create a safe work condition by periodic audit,finding near misses and taking corrective action.

3.periodic safety training on MSDS,equipment isolation and other safety systems.

Accomplishments:

1.Recover escaping gas loss by scrubbing and diluting the method.

2.Reduce fuel consumption by proper utilisation of heat and identify the heat loss area.

3.Reduction of gas escaping from process by proper utilisation of catalyst.

4.Quality improvement in pressure and vacuum distillation by controlling parameters.

5.Proper utilisation of filter press and sparkler filter to avoid wasting of products.
