Quantifying the BOQ of job for reviewing drawings and schedule for submitting shop Drawings,

Order the required materials for the project and utilize the available materials in stores for the Fast flow of the project

Preparing consignment, micro schedule and Inspection sheets, and taking over as builds from main contractor to proceed for installation and fabrication

Following the priorities as agreed with main contractors and consultants

Ensure completion of project as per the schedule and invoice the client as per the contract Terms and conditions and ensure that the invoiced amount is paid by the client in specified Time.

And arranging raw material schedule as per lead delivery items with procurement team
