Responsible for setting routes and dispatching drivers to pick up total loss vehicles as determined by
major insurance companies. Contacted shops for charges and owners to verify addresses/locations
of vehicles being towed. In constant contact with repair shops, tow companies, policy holders, and
insurance company representatives to insure an easy transition during a difficult time. Entered
daily expenses for drivers and assisted in providing them with maps etc to ease their role. Provided
