Description of duties:

Performing weekly audits in accordance with ISO and AFMA Standards

Ensuring compliance with all policies, procedures and work instructions pertaining to Quality and food safety

Immediately report problems or deviation to Manager

Daily reporting on laboratory tests as well as deviations to any Raw material, Finished product and lab equipment

Maintaining data controlling and management
