BENEFITS ELIGIBILITY: You will be eligible for benefits the 1st of the month
(Full-time Employees Only) following your hire date. Your employment with voestalpine Railway Systems Nortrak LLC. is "at will" in that it can be terminated with or without cause, and with or without notice, at any time, at the option of either voestalpine Railway Systems Nortrak LLC. or yourself. The terms of this letter, therefore, do not and are not intended to create either an express and/or implied contract of employment with voestalpine Railway Systems Nortrak LLC. No manager or representative of voestalpine Railway Systems Nortrak LLC., other than the Board of Directors of voestalpine Railway Systems Nortrak LLC., has authority to enter into any agreement for employment for any specified period of time or to make any agreement or contract to the foregoing, and any promises to the contrary may only be relied upon by you if they are in writing and signed by the Chief Executive Officer of voestalpine Railway Systems Nortrak LLC. Provided you satisfy eligibility criteria, including waiting periods, you will receive benefits generally made available to our regular, full-time employees. Like our other policies, we may amend and/or discontinue our benefit policies over time.
This offer is contingent upon completion of the voestalpine Railway Systems Nortrak LLC.
