• The objective of the project is to design a 3-blade propeller for CH701aircraft using CATIA v5. The propeller designed in CATIA using various methods, techniques and modules.
• The propeller structure is made up of airfoil shape NACA 2412.
• NACA 4 series is used in this case.
• To reduce the deformation of propeller.
• To increase the performance of aircraft.

• The constant growth of research programs and the technological progress in the field of reduction and making the design of low cost UAV platforms more feasible & attractive. We have made Helicam at affordable price within camera attached for surveillance purpose.
• Small-helicopters demonstrated to be a very useful platform for a number of air bone-based applications such as aerial mapping and photography, surveillance (Both military and civilian), power line inspection and agriculture monitoring.
• In this project we present the less expensive instruments and materials for making a Helicam. The main Advantage of making Helicam is for surveillance at high altitude. SOFTWARE

DESCRIPTION
• Aerofoil is the basic part to be designed during starting stage of creating a new airplane. It is the part that forms of cross section of the wing.
• The wing is used to produce lift force that balances the weight which acts downwards. Velocity variation creates pressure difference over top and bottom surface of wing. The pressure difference over top and bottom surface of wing creates lift.
• In this paper, we studies about aerofoil and its basic types and various NACA series and equation of 4- digit NACA series. In this paper, we come to know how we can export an aerofoil in CATIA from MS EXCEL and how we can design wing contour using CATIA software. PERSONAL INFORMATION
