St Dorothy Catholic School – January 2016- April 2016

-I worked with youth, ages 6-10 years old. I would work outside of classroom and inside a classroom. I worked as a role of a CYC.

-Main purpose was to provide assistance to the students at St Dorothy CS. I also worked one on one with individuals that are on the spectrum.

-Provide assisting, and re-assuring, helping with school work, also help youth when times would get hard. Marking classwork, helping around the class. While gaining the experience I did improve on my social skills.

Cedar Heights Residential Living – September 2016 – January 2017

-Worked with 7 individuals with cognitive disorders. I assisted with their daily routines, such as getting them ready in the morning, helping them cook, reading, writing, and classroom work.

-Worked within a section 23 classroom, help whenever the teacher needed assistance.

-Getting the youth that lived the house ready for bedtime doing nightly routines, such as kitchen chores and cleaning up after yourself.

James Cardinal Mcguigan Catholic High School- September 2018- April 2019

-I worked with a wide range of teenagers, with many different diversities. Ran group every Wednesdays (girls group,. 1 on 1 counselling sessions, and in group counselling sessions.

-Helped youth that were in need of assistance, such as find housing for individuals, case work, helped around with other classroom work.

-Ran fundraisers with groups.
