■Loan Officer Assistant with the SBA- Currently working 40 hours a week as a team member. My schedule is currently Monday - Friday, due to overtime being restricted. Open to working 60 hours per week per requirements when originally hired. Responsible for providing assistance to small businesses during the horrid impact of COVID-19. Maintaining a positive relationship with the small business owners while determining eligibility for assistance. ■Direct Loan Officer – Licensed to sell insurance. Responsible for utilizing and developing a network of resources for loan business development and solicitation for new business. Maintain positive sales environment by educating potential borrowers, agents and sales representatives on products and services. Complete thorough loan applications by communicating with perspective applicants and obtain specified information relating to the loan or credit application; correspond with applicants via telephone, email or in-person to resolve any questions regarding application. Perform prequalification assessment and analysis of financial condition and risk of financing requests within company credit policies and programs, as well as all state and federal lending regulations. Review customers credit, calculate the value of collateral. Negotiate rate, terms and loan conditions. Lock loans on time and in correct product type to avoid fall-out.
