PERSONAL STATEMENT

I am an experienced Engineering technologist with a demonstrated history of working in the construction industry. Keen to detail and results driven with experience as a Projects Engineer and project manager, I have successfully supervised pre-construction and on-site construction activities to ensure completion of projects within the time & cost parameters and effective resource utilization.

Some of the skills I have acquired through experience include; scheduling of works, management of contracts, quantity surveying, cost control, field review, quality control, labor procurement, site safety among others.

1. PROJECTS MANAGER –

• Led planning and implementation of projects.

• Increased efficiency of works by Interpreting and explaining plans and contract terms to involved sub-contractors.

• Coordinated and optimized the arrangements of daily activities tasked to the construction crews and external sub -contractors to minimize lost productivity time.
