Main Duties:
I worked in al-Quds specialized dental center from December 2019 till now
I have good experience in reception we use unicare system I worked with orthodontics doctors .
I have very good experience in reception and how to manage every thing in doctor schedules, I know how to check all orders for Thiqa patient and daman insurance and how to check the approvals using website of thiqa for orthodontic patient and GB .
I know how to check eligibility of insurance for the patient per using website or open jet .
I worked with surgery doctor, and I have good experience to manage schedule of surgery doctors and general dentist doctors . Prepare all reports of patients daily and monthly for new patient and daily billed patients.
I'm helping my colleagues to help him how to manage the schedule’s and how to bring more patient to our clinic and how to speak to angry patient
I know for system of OPG and CBCT and how to open for doctors and I have very good experience to describe the OPG of patient to manage with doctor to manage will send the patient to which doctor to reduce waiting time
Listen to the patient what is his issue so I can suggest best doctor for his case orthodontist or surgery or general treatment and to manage from where the patient will start to give him good treatment plan between me and doctor instruction .
I worked as supervisor for the clinic when supervisor is absent, and I manage the staff and resolve any complaint for doctors, nurses and patients .
