The project involves the expansion of the western taxiway and stands located at the Hamad International Airport, Doha, Qatar. The project includes the construction of approximately two (2) million square meters of airfield pavement including:

Job Responsibilities :

• Leading production teams Comprising of two site supervisor, three general foreman and 180 workers both artisans and non-skillful labors.

• Managing production team in utilities network installation, the utilities include, storm water drainage system, portable water system, irrigation water system, waste water system and ELV and LV cables.

• Managing production team in utilities network for 66k 11 kv, QAF fiber works, telecommunication chambers.

• Managing production team for the construction 21 Sub stations assigned under me.

• Managing production team for the demolition works and reconstruction of tunnel roads.

• Construction of runways for aircraft and tie ins.

• Ordering all necessary materials on time including consumable, steel and concrete.

Description: The project consists of 8 blocks comprising of 16 separate buildings with 6 to 36 stories built over 5 level shared basement. The building includes a 200 Room 5-star Hotel and 6 residential Buildings community service Facilities, commercial compounds and Retail centers. The scope also includes external hardscape works and public Realm linking the prestigious development to the proposed metro station.

Job Responsibility

• Leading production teams - comprising 6 general superintendents, 7 site supervisor, 10 general foreman and 500 manpower.

• Managing production teams in Bridge construction works, excavation works, piling, waterproofing and ground stabilization works

• Managing production team in utilities network installation, the utilities include storm water drainage system, foul sewerage system, ITS (Intelligent transportation system), EHV and LV cables.

• Preparation of method statement using the QCS standards and specification

• Prepare weekly look ahead program and conduct daily analysis and inform concerned dept. to take corrective action, in case of delays to the project activities.

• Planning tasks sequences and necessary resources.

• Receiving regular health, safety and environment inductions, and studying the safest approach for each task.

• . construction of 5 basement in 1 zone and 2 superstructures with total with total of 16 floors

Tasks

Supervising the construction activities.

Reporting to the site engineers, construction manager and planning department on daily and weekly basis.

Progress monitoring and making sure that is in line with project schedule. Ensuring that the company HSE policy and procedures are implemented on site.

Coordinating with the technical department and ensuring all foreman, supervisors and surveyors have the relevant approve drawings. Identifying the required resources and issuing the required PR with the procurement department.

Attending the weekly meetings and coordinating with the other teams. Maintaining and inspection and test status of all construction stages. Coordinating with the QAQC department and making sure that the approved MS is implemented and approved materials used on site. PROJECT:

Storm water drainage system for the additional completion work for north road project/ Arab league street.

Street lighting works in Qatar north & other areas of Qatar Civil works for traffic signals for the construction of service road enhancement to the north road corridor.

Construction of 3 Nos traffic signals & speed humps at the new industrial area.
