At Morrell my duties involve communicating with the factory to get quotes for customer, checking order status and expediting orders to meet customer required date. Also I would create / provide a quote for the customer, help solve billing issues, enter orders and start the return authorization process. When Morrell went paperless they sent me to the Michigan headquarters to learn how they use the software SmartSearch. I am the goto person for our Chicago location for SmartSearch. I have used TIF files to read prints and make corrections. Also participated in weekly meetings with the Light Structure Group, the Engine Installation team and Cooling team. Other projects included using GPGR, Nitromation, PCM and high Velocity Caterpillar(HVC).
