Role & responsibilities: Senior Engineer (Mechanical)

Responsible for execution of MEP Services, i.e., Drainage, Plumbing, Fire Suppression, Fire Alarm, Solar, Swimming pool & Water bodies, Irrigation System, WTP, STP, HVAC.

Review of Design reports related to MEP services submitted by consultants.

Finalisation of MEP tenders etc.

Planning & implementation of work as per method statement, inspection Test Plan, checklists, etc.

Coordination with the purchase department for timely indent & procurement of material.

Coordination and interfacing with the architects, the consultant and the civil contractor for shop drawings approval, execution, work progress & contractor’s timely payments.

Inspecting & ensuring that the material received is as per approved specification and work is carried out as per the approved method statement.

Preparation of Budget of MEP services.

Reviewing the drawings & finalising quantities for execution along with their analysis.

Measurement of executed work on daily basis. Checking & timely submission of the Bills of the contractor.

2. Organization: Larsen & Toubro Ltd.

I) Project: Delhi-One

Period: April 2013 to Jan 2016.

Designation: Engineer (Mechanical).

Location: Sec-16B, NOIDA (UP)

A Mixed Used Development project by the name “DELHI ONE” comprising of Mall (G+22), Office Building (4 Towers, G+22 Storey), Residential tower (R1 – G+ 52, R2 – G+ 47, R3 – G+42 storey’s resp.) & 5-Star Hotel (G+22 Storey) located in the Noida (UP).

Review of Design reports related to MEP services submitted by consultants.

Finalisation of MEP tenders etc.

Planning & implementation of work as per method statement, inspection Test Plan, checklists, etc.

Coordination with the purchase department for timely indent & procurement of material.

II) Project: Mixed Used Development project having a built-up area of 32 lakh sq. ft comprising Elante Mall, Office Building & a 5-Star Hotel ‘Hyatt Regency’. Period: Aug. 2011 to Mar 2013

Designation: Engineer (Mechanical)

Location: Chandigarh

Build in a 20 Acre plot, Elante Mall is in the Chandigarh Industrial area. With over 1.5 million square ft retail space occupied by PVR Cinema, Food Court, & 250+ shops having international brands.

Role & responsibilities: Mech. Engineer – MEP (Execution & QA/QC)

Execution of Plumbing, HVAC (Water Cooled System) & Fire Fighting works.

Prepared & executed the work as per method statement, inspection Test Plan, checklists, etc.

Ensure that the materials are as per specification and work is carried out as per the approved method statement.

Successfully commissioned WTP & 1.2 MLD STP, Gas storage Banks (2 Core x 32 Cylinders vaporiser-based system), 2 x 90 KL Bulk Storage HSD Tank for 11 KV DG Sets.

Successfully executed & commissioned Fire Fighting system having piping length (all sizes) of 110 km.

Quality inspection of materials following ITP, deployment of manpower & regular checking avoiding re-works.

Preparation of the bills and get it verified by the client.

Successfully looked after both execution work & Quality checking at site. Achievements:

Received the Most Quality Conscious Engineer under Quality event Nov 2012-2013 in Larsen & Toubro limited.
