Having an experience of 7 year as a Toddler Montessori Guide (0 – 3years) and 9 years worked as a Pre-Primary directress looking forward to be placed in any Educational Institution where I can exchange my ideas and thoughts for better understanding and growth of the children. Thus building a base for the children along with my career growth.

Objective

To Associate myself with Montessori System of Education and putting my qualification and training to optimum use and foster a positive learning environment as a toddler Montessori directress

QUALIFICATION:

1. Intermediate in B.I.P.C (1995)

2. Studied up to B.A year (1997)

3. D.C.A (Diploma in computer Application) Covering Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and power point.

4. Myself Received Primary Montessori Training For One Year 2008-2009 Conducted By AMI Trainer from Association Montessori International from Hyderabad, exam got postponed by the Centre unexpectedly in Hyderabad, but later I was unable to join the course.

5. Currently I am pursuing my Toddler A to I (0-3)Assistance to infancy Montessori training from Bangalore,

Still I have to get the dates from the center for my final observations and Album submissions.

Experience/Designation/Organization

1998-1999 – Teaching experience as a teacher in ST. Mary’s High School.

2001-2003 - Worked as Computer Instructor at Sahayata computer centre.

2008-2009 - Montessori lead Directress in Roots Montessori House of Children.

2010-2013 - Montessori Assistance Directress in Taraporewallas Montessori House of Children

2013-2016 - Montessori Assistance Directress at Blooming Buds Montessori House of Children.

June-2016 - Present working as Toddler Directress in a very reputed Montessori Pre–School.

Summary

During above tenure, I have handled mixed age group children.

I have monitored the student behavior and kept an eye on the individual progress of the students which helped me conduct the parent-teacher meeting to report about their child’s growth and progress.

Collaborated effectively with parents and guardians in support of the children’s’ learning process.
