Co-ordinate with VIP's,CIP's, Passenger travelling in first class about their queries and provide them best possible services like Seat preferences, Lounge facilities etc.

Co-ordinating with Many Govt. Official operating in Airport like CISF, Custom, Bureau of Immigration.

Pre-Flight / Post-Flight checks.

Maintain proper access control at Aircraft.

Responsible for maintaining safety and security of passengers and assist guests in friendly and courteous manner.

Weapons and Valuable handling.

Scrutinizing the catering procedures.

Safety of the Aircraft, Passengers, Ground Crew,Crew and Equipments.

Dealing with any kind of Lost and Found by the guest in the aircraft or in airport premises.
