10Implemented Auto cutting in mixing festooner area to reduce operator fatigue which in turn reduces operator absenteeism.

11Provided Poke yoke to avoid mould damage by double inserts and also reduce mould & machine downtime and dummy cavity.

12.Procure / Manufacture of Scrap Cutting M/c. to reduce overtime cost involved.
