Greetings!

First, let me thank you for allowing me to submit a proposal for the position you have available! My name is Deb Florea and I would love to be your new virtual assistant. I have 20+ years of experience in office management, sales and sales management, recruiting and customer service. I retired from my job five years ago and soon realized I had way too much time on my hands and that often there was more month than money! I wanted something different so I began to explore the world of freelancing and I have been doing it ever since and I love it!

Given my skill set and experience, I believe I am a perfect fit for this job! I am goal oriented and a consummate organizer. My multi-tasking ability is first rate. I will always approach projects in a professional manner and complete assignments on time and they will be correct. My business integrity and ethics are above reproach. I am dependable, committed, and loyal. I bring positive energy and enthusiasm to the table and I always give 110% to whatever task I am assigned.

My work with Upwork has been awesome and the virtual environment is a perfect fit for me. I have a 100% success rating with impeccable references. I am currently looking for a new challenge and I believe your opportunity would be just that. I have had long-term and short- term clients and now I am looking for another possible long-term job. My goal and mission statement is to make you more successful than you already are by handling your daily tasks so you can concentrate on the business.

My freelancing skills are vast. I am proficient in all Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and Power Point) and Google Suite. During my time as a virtual assistant, I have used many CRM’s (OTRS, HighRise, Chimpmail, Sales Force, and Zen Desk and many others). I have had experience with different chat and phone systems such as: Ring Central, Zen Desk, and PBX to name a few. I also have expertise with Appfolio, Asana, Buildium, and several others.

I have 8 years as a virtual assistant. I have excellent communication skills (both oral and written), which are essential to being successful in this business. I love doing it and I have been very success too! My customers say they can “hear me smile” over the phone. My office management skills are also first-rate. My current working hours are from 5:00 am to 5:00 pm (PST) seven days a week and I am comfortable working in any time zone. Given my skills, education and experience I think this would be a win/win situation for both of us!

I have been in the Real Estate business in one form or another for over 15 years and I love it! Some of the areas I have worked in includes sales, acquisitions manager, property management, and following leads and setting up appointments. I love doing it and I am very good at it! When I know more about your business, I will be able to tell you more on how I could be an asset to you!
