Pre-outage activity preparation, walk down/planning, verification of spare parts, tools in SAP.

Coordinate with store and purchase department department for tools and materials inventory. Role & Responsibility:

Daily inspection of plant and premises in order to highlight the issues that require urgent attention and can lead to accident at workplace.

Issue of work permits in GAIL Vijaipur gas plant – a 0.4 Million TPA LPG Plant (as per the norms of Petro-chemical Industry) in conjunction with safety and fire norms.

Preparation of JSA & Compile and record safety statistics

Preparation of health safety report for the company on monthly, weekly basis according to the requirement.

Role & Responsibility:

Overhauling/Maintenance during shutdown of steam turbine, gas turbine & Generator of different rating (50MW to 660MW) Thermal power plants /CCPP in India & Nuclear power plant steam turbines & Generators (NPCIL Naroura,& NPCIL Rawatbhata Kota (NPP).

Installation, maintenance, major overhauling, Preventive, predictive Breakdown and shutdown maintenance and troubleshooting of all types of Rotating Equipment (Pumps, turbines, gear boxes Agitators, centrifuges etc.) decoupling, coupling and alignment of HP/IP/LP/GEN/EXC.

Conducted of Horn drop test, bump test.redial and Axial clearance (displacement), swing check, roll checks, etc.

Worked with German consultant Fichtner GmbH & Co. Germany, during project starting to completion.

Role & Responsibility:

Working as a turbine erection & maintenance site engineer. Inspected, repaired and maintained all condensers, heat exchangers, cooling towers, steam turbine & BOPs equipment’s.

Involved all types mechanical erection check in turbine and its auxiliary during erection and installation.

Coordinate and ensure availability of commissioning spares and consumables

Participate in commissioning activities for steam dumping, Turbine rolling & auxiliary equipment of power plant.

Role & Responsibility:

Deputed to assist in the erection of turbine and auxiliaries; I actively participated in erection of steam turbine and its auxiliary.

Working as a site supervisor Erection & commissioning of Steam Turbine, Generator, condenser, stop & control valves erection, heaters, MDBFP & TDBFP (Motor & Turbine driven boiler feed pump and auxiliaries pump) and stacks.
