I worked here for 2 years as a therapist which also included admin duties. The owner eventually closed her business.

I am now currently working at HDI as the receptionist. My duties include, answering the switchboard, responding to emails from clients, monthly invoicing, receipt of client payments and allocation, repairs in and around the office are seen to, client liaison(front desk), collections and delivery of client documents, making appointments, organizing staff functions and meetings and running errands, debt collecting and debtors queries.
