A graduate of a Masters degree at RMIT in the Design Innovation and Technology course under the school of design. A past graduate of a Bachelors of Mechanical Engineering at Victoria University. Seeking a career within the Engineering domain. Specifically within the industrial design and data science fields, allowing me to nurture the keen interest I developed during my studies regarding innovative and thoughtful engineering through the collection and interpretation of data. My career ambition is to develop the skills I possess in creative thinking and data analysis in order to utilize them actively in the creation and improvement of innovative projects of any institution I work for in the future.

(Sonification of fast image analysis)
A project done in collaboration with Swinburne university. I was tasked with extracting numerical data from images of distant stars and galaxies and quickly transmitting that data to a sonification engine which converted the data to audible cues. The project was aimed at assisting faster interpretation of data based on the presumption that we interpret audible cues faster than visual ones.
Primary tools: Max msp, Python programming.
This involved the creation of a 3D virtual world within the Unity game engine. The user would control a character that traversed the levels, all the while being prompted for information by a companion character. The dialogue was based on mental health questionnaires and the answers provided by the user were used to determine their current mental health. Based on the overwhelmed counseling systems in most universities, this project aimed to identify early signs of mental distress among students and utilized a machine learning algorithm to filter information and offer tentative predictions of the possible outcomes. It also served as a log for the counselors to base future sessions on with patients who had used the tool.
Primary tools: Unity engine, Python programming, Blender
‘Modernity of the inferno’. A design centered around the poetic works of Dante Alighieri through visual and audio design. I was tasked with designing the visual components of the project in order to bring to life a modern retelling of the first half of the divine comedy. Primary tools: Illustrator, Blender
Using sensors located around the city of Melbourne and a photon microprocessor, a mechanical flower was built that opened and closed its petals depending on the pedestrian flow at that hour. This was part of a studio that explored the use of sensors as a means of reflecting aspects of the city. I was primarily tasked with the electronics and mechanics of the flower.
Primary tools: Illustrator, Particle photon, C# programming Digital art and graphic design
