In addition to providing effective instructional methods for university students, I also developed and designed training courses to provide a variety of services to the Maquiladora Industry in Ciudad Juarez. Some of the services were Teaching Coordination, ESL (English as Second Language) Coordination, ESL and Social

course design. The course structure will include – grammatical and oral communication for the 9th level of ESL. Employed a variety of current and innovative
