Duties and Responsibilities

Working as electrical maintenance engineer in EMC-IRAQ (ENI-Client) my key duties are: -

Troubleshooting, maintenance, daily checkup from all involved electrical service- related production lines.

Provides technical guidance and support in troubleshooting and failure analysis of a wide range of electrical equipment in the Plant such as diesel generators, motors, drives, transformers, switchgear, battery, UPS, distribution panel and utilities.

Assessing needs of the spare parts related to my team

Schedule and undertake periodic maintenance on all electrical equipment, components, and installations.

Keep record of all stock and supplies, including company’s electrical equipment.

Perform a routine energy audit, recommend and propose alternatives solutions to reduce energy costs.

Carry out the preventative maintenance schedule and follow up the maintainability of the maintenance team.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and best practices operated by the Company such supervising electrical works when new projects are undertaken.

Coordinate with other discipline supervisors for timely completion of planned works
