OVERVIEW OF PROFESSIONAL INVOLVEMENT:
After having my 3-year stint as a Store Manager at Greenwich Pizza Corp I joined the Hotel Industry, and currently holds the position of Security and Safety Manager at Y Hotels and Resort Group Inc. In 19 years with Security, I’ve been on different positions from; Officer-In-Charge, Team Leader, Detachment Commander, Security Officer, Chief Security Officer and Security and Safety Manager. I was assigned on different institutions aside from Hotels I've also handled Office Buildings, Industrials and Factories, Condominiums, Retails and Food Companies. I have been directly responsible for the formulation of the Program of Instruction for Security Staffs as well as the Safety and Security orientation for the newly hired employees. I have supervised more than 500 security personnel in one property and have handled likewise investigations in both criminal and civil cases. I have also engaged in carrying out Emergency Procedures and Measures concerning the Loss Prevention as part of the Crisis Management Team. I have been responsible for the making and revising of Company’s’ Security Policies and Procedures and ensuring its implementation.
