Processing staff medical payment to Medical Providers
Assist in preparing and payment of staff gratuities and Final dues when necessary
Processing per diems and forwarding for payment
Processing refunds to staff for the expenses incurred while on official duty including mileage expense
Preparing and processing of advances to staff and clearing of staff salary held
Preparing, reconciling and updating of monthly statutory/non statutory deduction schedules and reports
Processing statutory deductions such as PAYE, NHIF, NSSF, NITA and other payroll related deductions and ensuring they are remitted on time.
Processing of full time staff payroll and submitting for approval
Preparing fixed changes schedule and explaining the movements on a monthly basis
