1. Organization : Delhi Stock Exchange Ltd. (DSE) - July’2005 to March’2021 Position : Joined DSE as Sr. Stenographer to the Chairman/Board of Directors and CEO of the Exchange, from July’2005.

Job Responsibilities : All related correspondence of Chairman as well as Directors of the Board and Chief Operating Officer.

● Drafting Letters, Taking dictations & independently handling correspondence as directed by the Chairman/ED/Directors/Chief Operating Officer from time to time.

● Independently handing relevant records of all correspondence/confidential documents of the Chairman/Director’s Office.

● To fix up the appointment of Chairman/ Directors of DSE with the concerned person.

● Make travel arrangements of Chairman/ED/Directors and Chief Operating Officer like Tickets, Hotel Booking & Fix up of appointment with the concerned person at the destination

● Handling all work related to Meetings which are held in Chairman' Office

● Coordinating with the Directors and various departments of the Exchange about Meetings.

● Make all arrangement with regard of AGM/Seminars etc . in Office auditorium/Hotels etc.

● To look after the circulation of documentations like Agenda/Supporting documents to be required for the respective AGM/Meeting/Seminar.

● To manage travel/accommodation/itinerary of the Chairman/Directors/Sr. Management/Other Officials who are attending AGM/Meeting/Seminar. Repositioned to Membership Deptt.(MSD) as Executive : From January’2011 to March’2021

● New Deposit Based Trading Membership (DTM)

● Management of Membership related Services to Existing Members such as:

- Dissemination of relevant information to Members
