Activities

•Ensuring availability of Fire Extinguishers & First Aid Kit on site.

•Ensuring use of all PPE's site.

•Monitoring work at height activities for installation of risers & laterals on residential buildings/high rise towers.

•Ensuring lockout & tag out procedure for electrical activities.

•Ensuring housekeeping of site.

Job Responsibilities:

1)Attend daily, weekly, & monthly internal and external HSE & Welfare meeting.

2)Conduct drills to create awareness (Fire Drill, Emergency Medical Drill, Spill kit drill etc.)

3)Conduct Induction Training for newly arrival staff.

4)Conduct HSE meeting/trainings @ site and brief employees on safe work method.

5)To ensure all accidents and dangerous occurrences are reported and necessary remedial action is taken.

6)Identify Hazards and ensure corrective actions are taken to rectify/mitigate the same.

7)Investigate accident/incident and near misses and submit reports to manager.

8)Encourage and conduct additional toll box talk on new activities as required.

9)Carry out inspection on firefighting equipment and take necessary action to update Equipment Including Fire Extinguishers, Fire hose reel, fire blanket and fire alarm System.

10)Prepare monthly HSE report forward it to manager.

Inspect the store periodically and ensure the Hazardous materials/cylinders etc. are stored separately and adequately as per the MSDS/Supplier’s/Manufacturer’s recommendations .Ensure adequate Signage in placed.

11)Daily walkthrough and check JSA report.
