17.5 years of experience in the field of API (Production) and involved in the production of various API, Intermediates and Sterile Production.

USFDA, WHO, MHRA Audit, Customer Audit.

Job Responsibilities:-

•Handled shift independently. Achieving production target of desired quality & quantity within specified time.

•Production carried out as per BPR, and close monitoring of Process Parameters and Critical operations.

•Yield Improvements and Cost Reduction.

•Handling various chemicals as per their Material Safety Data Sheet.

•Maintaining Documentation as per USFDA & cGMP norms

•Keeping proper co-ordination with maintenance, Electrical & QC, QA department and other departments for minimizing troubleshooting & consuming time.

•Execution of Trails and Validations for the new products as R& D processes.

•Working on Penicillin, Vitamins, Antibiotics like Tazobactum, Piparaciline, Meropenem, and Imipenem.

•Different types of reactors like SSR, GLR, HR, ANFD, Autoclave and DHS,

•Dryers like Tray dryer, Fluid bed, Vacuum Tray dryer, Rotary Vacuum dryer.

•Filters like Centrifuge (bottom discharge and top discharge, pillar Centrifuge Agitated Nutch filter, Sparkler filters etc.
