Manufacturing Conveyor Assembly Lines: Using Inventor and AutoCAD. I designed new and refurbish the design of existing customer's equipment. This included assembly drawings, detail drawings, and coordinating with shop foreman for assembly of these machines. I was also responsible for providing requisitions (Reqlogic software) to the purchasing department. Our conveyors we designed using parameters-the conveyor belt for each conveyor was selected; size and width with the parts linked; once the size needed was selected the exact size of frame and members were generated to size of conveyor belt. The conveyor are designed with stainless steel sheet metal or cold roll steel, depending on application. We also designed pallet elevators for stacking and packaging.

This included Piping and Instrument Diagram (PI&D) and layout drawings for installation of process systems. As part of the engineer team I instructed field personnel required instructions and dimensions to locate drains, vents and other utilities for production planning and final installation.
