*Review daily SAP notifications including PM02 (breakdown) notifications and determine if follow up is needed. Convert notifications to work orders adding any necessary parts. Plan and schedule work orders to maintenance techs and operations techs on a weekly basis.

*Hold weekly maintenance planning meetings with asset team leader, engineering, accounting, and other team members as necessary. Meetings include, reviewing Safety notifications and orders to insure timely priority to mitigate safety issues. Review open notifications to make timely decisions to proceed with the work requested. Review current open work orders in SAP by revision date and report on progress of receiving parts and materials needed to complete task. Review the maintenance check book and running yearly asset budgets to insure we are meeting our cost goals and KPI’s Review maintenance asset down calendar for upcoming downs.

*Plan major machine downs on a 10 week cycle for 4 assets using SAP, Excel, and Microsoft Project. Plan to be in draft form 2 weeks prior to down including cost, time and resources needed. Review down plan 1 week prior to down insuring all parts and materials needed are on hand.

*Work with asset team, engineering, operations, and accounting on weekly Opex meetings using tools such as 4 step problem solving techniques, 5S activities, Kaizens for long term continuous improvement activities including reviewing production data, SAP work order history.

*Other SAP activities including creating maintenance pm documents and training maintenance techs and operations techs. Continuously montoring equipment parts BOM’s and stores stock items needed including entering ATS request to stock critical parts.

*Creating service requisitions in SAP and Marketplace to procure outside contractors and services as needed. Material creation for new parts. Purchasing research and creation of purchase requestions as necessary to procure parts and materials needed.

*Any and all activities including low level engineering, troubleshooting chronic problems, and support the operations as needed to meet facility goals. More to be discussed in personel interview.
