Projects:

Tawam Dialysis center (TDC), Mafraq Dialysis Center (MDC), Sheik Khalifa Dialysis Center (SKDC) plus to all existing Dialysis Units in hospitals belong to SDS SEHA in AL Ain area.

Reporting Line:

COO of SEHA Dialysis Service (SDS) plus to the Director of Facilities & Director of Construction & Planning at SEHA Head Quarter.

Main Achievements:

●Managing smooth and successful taking over for Tawam Dialysis Center (TDC), participate and lead the mobilization process to TDC, Tawam Dialysis Center (TDC), and SKMC Dialysis Center, operate and maintain all systems to ensure smooth clinical operations.

The project consists of the construction of Tawam Dialyses Center in AL AIN. and Consisting of 74 dialyses treatmente stations Patient Beds, 2of Air Borne Isolation Treatment Room, 2 of Service Lift,1 Patient Lift, 1 Lift Dom, Supply by 3No’s of 1/0.415KV Transformers 1500KVA each and supporting by 1 No’s standby Gen. 1600KVA for essential load on 7644 M approximate projected buliding area and Project Value: 170,000,000.00 AED .

The duty involves Carrying out the Testing and commissioning for all MEP and Medical Equipmentes systems, represent the client (SEHA), reviw and approved the Method statement, pre-commissioning,commissioning approvel and issue the closed out report.

The facilities encompass (8 Nos.) of Residential Flats of (G + 11) storey, in addition to services blocks (Central Water Cooling Plant 6000 RT(5 No’s Water Cooled Chillers(1,262 RT each)+ 5 No’s Cooling Towers, Related Pumps & Control System), 5 No’s Electrical Sub-stations, Central Plaza (Shopping Facility), Guard House), related infrastructure -and landscape. The estimated total built up area is approximately 192,000 sq.m.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

●Ensure that all MEP activities within the designated areas are well planned, coordinated .

●Study, review the electrical design and assist the Consultants to get approvals of the electrical design of the MV Sub-stations from DEWA for the District Cooling Plants.
