Jobdesk & Responsibilities :

MANAGEMENT BUILDING

Handling building and office facility management.

Overseeing and agreeing contracts and providers for services including security, parking, cleaning.

Supervising multi-disciplinary teams of staff including cleaning, maintenance and security

Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards

Ensure all facility management services are delivered and assets and buildings are maintained

Overseeing building projects, renovations or refurbishments

Helping businesses to relocate to new offices and to make decisions about leasing

Drafting reports and making written recommendations

Evaluate, repair and maintain plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems in the building PURCHASING

Responsible for purchasing and inventory management, as well as general office management.

Choosing the suppliers that the company will deal with and maintaining the legal interaction with them.

Evaluates and analyzes purchasing trend and price trend to identify forecasting demand and minimize purchasing costs.

Ensure that any invoices are sent to accounts for payment

Maintains relationship with vendors or suppliers and negotiates contracts for more complex purchase order

GENERAL AFFAIR

Responsible for handling general affair and office management

Handling external and internal public affairs.

Prepare and control annual expenses budget of general affairs

Supervise driver and arrange allocation to staff when required responsible for the company car maintenance and registration

Handling business communication especially to Government authorities.

Responsible for Mess, Canteen and Car Operational.

Supervises : Cleaning Service, Security and driver.

Handling for Safety Area.

Handling for Insurance All risk (Property and Car).

Manage building otomation : Internet (LAN), CCTV, and Telephone ( PABX).

Develop and maintain relationship with vendors ( outsourcing service).

Responsible for management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending policies and procedures.

Maintain Company assets, administrative documentation & records and Create and maintain SOP for all the staff while working for the Company, including the Company Regulation and Policy.

Handling all things in permit of Labour Foreign. HUMAN RESOURCE

Monitoring and Controlling on all aspect Of HR Administration and reporting and Responsible to setup and maintain HR Department of the Company in general terms (HR Generalist).

To Set Up for Human Resources and General Affair System and Procedure (SOP).

Recruitment and selection for the new candidate for all vacant position available as Company’s need.

Maintain Company assets, administrative documentation & records and Create and maintain SOP for all the staff while working for the Company, including the Company Regulation and Policy, Non-Disclosure agreement, Employment Agreement.
